India, planned around what’s actually happening when you’re here.
Holi, Theyyam, Pushkar, Dev Diwali, Char Dham. The Golden Triangle if you want it. Slow or fast pace, your choice. Full-moon night access at the Taj Mahal. Reserves still open through the monsoon. Two video calls. One written plan. Book it yourself or with any agent. We take no commission from anyone.

What we actually plan for
Travel agents sell you cities. We plan around the country’s calendar, weather, your tolerance for chaos, and your pace. Whether you want to cover the Golden Triangle in 6 relaxed days or pack the whole north in 10, the same destinations work very differently at different speeds. Most itineraries do not account for any of this.
Festivals and events
Holi, Theyyam, Kambala, Pushkar, Dev Diwali, snake boat races, Char Dham. Over 300 festivals mapped to your exact dates.
Performance arts
Yakshagana, Bharatanatyam, Kathakali, Chennai Music Season, Khajuraho Dance Festival. We slot live performances into your route.
Rare access windows
Taj Mahal night viewing happens only on the five nights around each full moon. Pushkar’s Kartik Purnima dip, Dev Diwali in Varanasi, and helicopter slots to Kedarnath all book out months ahead. We thread these into your dates.
Less chaos, more breathing room
If your Jaipur dates land in peak overload, we shift you to nearby Bundi. If Goa is overrun, we route you through Gokarna. Same flavour, less crowding.
Seasonal closures and substitutions
Many wildlife reserves close their core zones during the monsoon. We substitute the southern parks that stay open, so your safari isn’t wasted.
Slow pace or fast pace
Some travellers want 8 cities in 14 days. Others want to spend 4 nights in one village. Both are valid. We ask you upfront and design the trip around your actual rhythm, not a tour operator’s template.

How it works
You decide India is your destination
No need to know which cities or which weeks. That is what we are for.
Call 1: Discovery (free, 30 minutes)
We learn your dates, pace, interests, dietary needs, mobility, and budget range. You learn what India can actually offer in your window.
We draft the plan
A day-by-day itinerary mapped to festivals, weather, drives, crowd patterns, and reserve openings. Sent to you in writing 3 to 5 days after Call 1.
Call 2: Walkthrough and refinement (45 minutes)
We walk you through the draft, you tell us what to change, we revise. You leave with a plan you trust.
You receive the final itinerary document
A clean PDF and editable doc. One free modification within the next 30 days if your plans shift.
You book it your way
Book hotels and flights yourself on Booking.com, Agoda, Skyscanner. Or share the document with any IATA-approved agent you trust: MakeMyTrip, SOTC, Thomas Cook, Cox & Kings, or a local boutique. The choice is entirely yours.
We don’t sell the agent. We sell the plan.
Most India trip planners work with one tour company and steer you to them. We don’t. The USD 100 fee is everything we earn from you. No commission from hotels. No kickback from agents. No referral fees baked into your trip.
If you ask us to suggest an agent, we will, based on your interests (culture, adventure, photography, family travel). But you can ignore that and use anyone you want. The plan you pay for is yours.

What we don’t do
We don’t book hotels. We don’t sell flights. We don’t take a percentage from agents we suggest. We don’t push you toward a single tour operator. We don’t offer 24/7 concierge during your travel.
If you want a fully managed tour with hand-holding from arrival to departure, book with an IATA agent directly. If you want the best plan possible and the freedom to execute it your way, we are exactly right.

Common questions
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call costs nothing. You pay only if you decide to proceed to the full plan after Call 1.
What does USD 100 actually cover?
Two video calls, all the research, the day-by-day plan in writing, hotel and stay suggestions, festival and event alignment, Golden Triangle routing if you want it, pace tuning, full-moon and seasonal closure planning, and one free modification within 30 days. For trips longer than 15 days, USD 100 per additional 15-day block.
Slow pace or fast pace, which is better?
Neither is universally better. Slow pace means 3 to 4 nights per city, fewer drives, deeper experiences, more rest. Fast pace means 5 to 8 cities in 2 weeks, more variety, more fatigue. We design the trip around your actual energy levels, age, and travel style, not a one-size template.
What is the USD 50 validation option?
If you have already drafted your own itinerary, send it to us. We review it in one call, flag issues you might have missed (festivals you’d clash with, monsoon reserve closures, overload weeks, missed full-moon windows), and suggest fixes. Decide later whether to upgrade to the full USD 100 plan for an additional USD 50.
How do modifications work?
One modification is included free. Additional modifications are USD 50 each. We tell you upfront whether a request is a tweak (free) or a rework (USD 50), so there are no surprises.
Can you book everything for me?
No. Take the itinerary to any IATA-approved agent you trust: MakeMyTrip, SOTC, Thomas Cook, Cox & Kings, or a local agent. Or book directly on Booking.com and Skyscanner. We can suggest agents based on your interests if you ask, but only if you ask.
Do you take commissions from agents?
No. Your fee is the entire transaction. If an agent ever refers a traveller to us, that is a separate relationship and never affects which agent we suggest to a traveller.
Do you handle Indian visas?
No. We’ll tell you which e-visa to apply for and link to the official Indian government portal, but you complete the application yourself. It is straightforward.
Can you plan for a group?
Yes. Up to 6 travellers on the same itinerary at the standard price. Groups of 7 or more are USD 50 more because logistics get more complex.
